1. Our Storied Past aims to complete a history within one  to two months but may take longer given the depth of information available, travel, and governmental office hours. We will communicate with you throughout the stages of the investigation. 
  2. $250 is due upon signing of the contract, at the end of the informational interview. The remaining $250 is due upon delivery of the final product. 
  3. Our Storied Past is committed to investigating every lead on your property's history. Sometimes though, little to no information exists. Should this be the case, Our Storied Past reserves the right the end an investigation. A full or partial refund will be distributed to the client. 
  4. We only use public records for our investigations. 
  5. As professional historians, we abide by academic standards including citations.
